Cancellation Policy
Tasha Felder Consulting | Booking Policy By booking a consulting session, speaking engagement, strategy service, or creative service with Tasha Felder Consulting, you agree to the following terms and policies. Booking & Payment All services, consulting sessions, speaking engagements, and creative strategy bookings must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Booking dates and times are not confirmed until payment has been received. Non-Refundable Policy All payments are non-refundable. Due to the time, preparation, scheduling, and strategic nature of consulting and creative services, refunds will not be issued for completed services, missed appointments, cancellations, dissatisfaction based on subjective preference, or failure to implement recommendations provided. Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Excessive rescheduling or missed appointments may result in cancellation of future booking privileges. Intellectual Property & Non-Resale All strategies, recommendations, creative concepts, documents, presentations, templates, guides, and materials shared through Tasha Felder Consulting remain the intellectual property of Tasha Felder unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchased materials and consulting information may not be resold, redistributed, copied, republished, shared publicly, or used for commercial resale purposes without written permission. Recording & Media Restrictions Recording of Zoom calls, phone calls, meetings, workshops, speaking engagements, presentations, conversations, or consulting sessions is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Tasha Felder. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any content, audio, video, or materials is prohibited. Speaking Engagements Speaking engagement pricing may vary based on event size, travel requirements, preparation time, audience type, event duration, and usage rights for recorded media or promotional content. Additional travel and accommodation fees may apply for in-person events outside of Houston, Texas.
