Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, booking, scheduling, or participating in any service provided by Tasha Felder Consulting, including consulting sessions, strategy sessions, speaking engagements, collaborative sessions, workshops, digital deliverables, or creative services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment & Booking
All services must be paid in full prior to the scheduled service date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Booking dates and times are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments, deposits, retainers, travel fees, add-ons, and service purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, cancellations made outside approved cancellation windows, dissatisfaction based on personal opinion, speaking style, communication style, appearance, creative direction, quality of advice, audience response, subjective expectations, or failure to implement recommendations provided.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule services one time with written notice submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service start time. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking and additional payment. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of payment and cancellation of future booking privileges.
Speaking Engagement Policies
In-person and virtual speaking engagements must be professional business, educational, entertainment, creative, or organizational events. Speaking engagements may not be booked as live performance showcases, talent competitions, or events where Tasha Felder is expected to serve as a talent judge, showcase evaluator, or competition judge unless approved separately in writing.
In-person speaking engagements may not take place at private venues or private gatherings with fewer than 10 confirmed attendees.
Travel & Event Expenses
Clients are responsible for all approved travel-related expenses, accommodations, parking, transportation, vendor fees, venue access fees, and event-related add-ons associated with in-person appearances or services. Travel-related fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Tasha Felder Consulting is not responsible for any event losses, venue costs, cancellations, ticket sales, vendor losses, weather conditions, audience turnout, travel interruptions, technical failures, scheduling conflicts, or financial damages incurred by clients, organizations, venues, or third parties for any reason.
Intellectual Property & Non-Resale
All strategies, creative concepts, business recommendations, branding ideas, documents, PDFs, presentations, frameworks, templates, career plans, roadmaps, branding boards, and materials shared through Tasha Felder Consulting remain intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Materials, recommendations, and deliverables may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, resold, shared publicly, taught commercially, or used for resale purposes without prior written permission.
Recording & Media Restrictions
Audio recording, video recording, screen recording, livestreaming, rebroadcasting, AI transcription, screenshots, or distribution of any consulting session, speaking engagement, workshop, collaborative session, Zoom call, phone call, conversation, or materials is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
No Guarantees & Disclaimer
All consulting sessions, speaking engagements, strategies, discussions, insights, recommendations, opinions, and materials are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
Tasha Felder Consulting does not guarantee specific business results, financial success, audience growth, partnerships, monetization, career advancement, social media growth, legal outcomes, publishing outcomes, record deals, sponsorships, investment opportunities, or revenue generation. Results vary based on individual execution, market conditions, audience response, timing, consistency, and business decisions.
Nothing provided through Tasha Felder Consulting should be considered legal, financial, accounting, tax, medical, therapeutic, or licensed professional advice.
Client Responsibility
Clients remain fully responsible for their own business decisions, implementation, actions, legal compliance, contracts, financial decisions, partnerships, brand usage, and operational activities.
Right to Refuse Service
Tasha Felder Consulting reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, cancel, or remove participation in any service, session, or event involving harassment, inappropriate conduct, illegal activity, unsafe conditions, abusive communication, intellectual property misuse, discrimination, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, booking, payment, or participation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
